2. Pack the bike

3. Schedule pickup at the shop
Pick a date and time window, and the carrier comes to your shop door. No driving boxes to a depot, no waiting in line at a shipping centre.
Once the shipping label is ready in your dashboard, print it 4 times. Attach one copy to the outside front of the box and one to the outside side, place one more inside the box, and have the last one signed by the courier at pickup. The courier scans the box at pickup and takes it from there.
4. Share tracking with your customer
Every shipment gets live tracking in your dashboard. Send the link to your customer by email or text and they follow the delivery themselves instead of calling the shop for updates. Origin scan, transfer, last mile, out for delivery: all of it is visible.
5. Delivery
Most shipments arrive within 2-7 working days of pickup, though in rare cases it can take up to 14 working days. The estimate for your exact route, based on past shipments, is shown when you book, so you can give the customer a date instead of a guess. The customer signs at delivery. If the box shows visible damage, the courier notes it on the spot.

Every shipment includes standard carrier liability, but in Europe that is set by the CMR Convention and calculated by weight, not value: roughly €10 per kg. On a light carbon race bike, that is nowhere near what you would owe the customer.
Add Premium Protection at checkout. For commercial senders the premium is 0.7% of the declared market value plus €5 per bike, against 1.4% plus €5 per bike for private senders. The minimum declared value is €250, and coverage runs up to €6,000 per bike. Compensation is based on the value you declare, so declare what the bike is worth to the customer, not what the frame cost you.
If a bike arrives damaged
Claims come to us, not to a carrier call centre. Raise the claim through the contact form within 48 hours of delivery and we take it from there, including the carrier side of it. Most claims are reviewed within 2 business days, and complex cases can take up to 14 business days.
Two habits make a claim straightforward. Photograph the bike before it goes in the box and photograph the packed box before pickup. Then tell the customer to check the box in front of the courier and have any visible damage noted at handover. Keep the photos until the customer confirms the bike arrived in one piece.
