How shipping your skis works
Get a box
Order our ski or snowboard box and we deliver it before pickup day. Or use your own sturdy cardboard box.
You pack it
Put your skis or board in the box and close it. Then print your label and attach it to the box.
The courier collects it
On the day you chose, the courier picks up the box from your door.
We deliver it
You can track it all the way to the delivery address.

Each box takes one pair of skis or one snowboard.
Check it fits before you book
Measure the length and width of your skis or board. Length matters most: if they are longer than the box, they won't fit. We ask for both measurements when you book.
Protected on the way
Skis and snowboards get the same protection as bikes. Add Premium Protection when you book to cover their value up to €6,000.

Questions about shipping skis and snowboards
Will my skis or snowboard fit?
The ski box is 210 x 21 x 21 cm and the snowboard box is 180 x 35 x 20 cm. Measure the length and width of yours first. Length matters most: if your skis or board are longer than the box, they won't fit.
Can I use my own box?
Yes. Use a closed, sturdy cardboard box, taped shut: up to 274 x 29 x 29 cm for skis or 252 x 49 x 28 cm for a snowboard, and 13.3 kg at most. Skis or a board wrapped only in plastic, bubble wrap or a bag are not accepted.
Can I put more than one pair in a box?
No. Each box takes one pair of skis or one snowboard.
How heavy can the box be?
Our box: up to 9.5 kg with your skis or board inside. Your own box: up to 13.3 kg.
Where can I ship to?
Within Europe and within the US.
