What is the recommended process to avoid issues during shipping?

We recommend following a simple process:

Take photos of the item and packaging during packing
Print the label 3 times:
1x outside the box
1x inside the box (in case the outer label is lost)
1x signed by the courier as pickup confirmation

Inform your customer to report any damage immediately upon delivery
